Subscriber Benefits & Discounts

             PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION

New subscriptions are available as a prepaid waitlist only and will not be assigned seats until existing subscribers have renewed.
Pre-paying for a subscription allows for priority access when seats become available.

HOW A SUBSCRIPTION WORKS

The same, great seats, year after year – by subscribing to 3 or more Mainstage shows, subscribers get the same seats for each performance in their package. Packages are built around a chosen day of the week and a specific week of performances to ensure the same seats are available. Subscribers may add as many seats as they wish to their package, so long as each seat is added to at least 3 different shows.

Dates are automatically assigned to subscription packages to ensure seating – subscribers are encouraged to make use of their unlimited free exchanges to find comparable seating on their preferred dates after their package has been processed.

FREE & FLEXIBLE PERFORMANCE DATE CHANGES

Subscribers may utilize our ticket exchange form to request an exchange for their tickets. Our staff will work to find comparable seating to your original locations, though an exact match is not guaranteed.

Subscriber Ticket Exchange Form

Exchanges can be made until 3:00pm the day of an evening performance or by 5:00pm the day before a matinee. Exchanges requested after these deadlines or after the originally scheduled performance has passed are subject to our Missed Ticket Policy.

MISSED PERFORMANCE POLICY

Subscribers who have missed the exchange deadline or their scheduled mainstage performance may arrange for tickets to a new performance of the same mainstage production by calling Ticketing & Audience Services one business day before the desired new performance. New tickets will not be available for rescheduling if calling any earlier or later than one business day before the desired new performance.

Missed tickets are subject to availability, and some restrictions may apply.
