The Carriage House Restaurant, located in the F.M. Kirby Carriage House, at Paper Mill Playhouse features seasonal American cuisine.  Open 2 1/2 hours prior to most performances for pre-theater dining with price fixed menus in the dining rooms, and custom crafted cocktails, fine wines by the glass, and appetizers and desserts at the bar. Reservations are highly recommended

The Loft is located on the 2nd floor of the restaurant and is the perfect place for light snacks and custom crafted cocktails before the show.
