Renovations of the F.M. Kirby Carriage House Restaurant are now complete. The newly reimagined restaurant on the Paper Mill Playhouse campus is officially accepting reservations for both pre-theatre dining during performances and à la carte dining open to the public.
Guests attending a performance can enjoy a show-inspired three-course prix fixe menu before the show, while all diners are welcome to experience the restaurant’s modern American fare through its à la carte offerings, featuring craft cocktails, wine, and shareable plates.

During the Show: Our à la carte menu remains available from the end of the prix fixe window until intermission.
Intermission: Stop by for a quick, refreshing to-go cocktail.
Post-Show Late Night: Join us after the curtain falls for late-night bites and craft cocktails until 11:00 PM.
Walk-Ins & Bar Seating
No reservation? No problem. We offer our full à la carte menu at our bars, high-top seating, and the Davis Loft. These areas do not require reservations and are available strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
Reservations & Planning
Reservations can be booked directly online via Resy. Large parties are highly encouraged to book well in advance.
Planning ahead is strongly recommended, as local parking can become scarce immediately before showtimes!
