 The Carriage House Restaurant, located in the F.M. Kirby Carriage House, at Paper Mill Playhouse features seasonal American cuisine. Open 2 1/2 hours prior to most performances for pre-performance and post-matinee dining with prix fixe menus in the dining rooms, and custom crafted cocktails, fine wines by the glass, and appetizers and desserts at the bar. Reservations are highly recommended. |

The Carriage House reservation policy requires a credit card to secure a reservation. All credit card information will be processed securely. All no-shows or cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will be charged $25.00 per person.
