This fall, Paper Mill Playhouse welcomed its first class of Fellows to campus. Paper Mill Fellows will spend two years (October 2021–June 2023) practical training to launch a professional career in theater administration. The Fellows will take on substantive roles within their departments, engage in cross-departmental collaboration, and attend enrichment events and social gatherings.
