Renovations of the F.M. Kirby Carriage House Restaurant are now complete. The newly reimagined restaurant on the Paper Mill Playhouse campus is officially accepting reservations for both pre-theatre dining during performances and à la carte dining open to the public.
Guests attending a performance can enjoy a show-inspired three-course prix fixe menu before the show, while all diners are welcome to experience the restaurant’s modern American fare through its à la carte offerings, featuring craft cocktails, wine, and shareable plates.
