 The Carriage House Restaurant, located in the F.M. Kirby Carriage House, at Paper Mill Playhouse features seasonal American cuisine. Open 2 1/2 hours prior to most performances for pre-performance and post-matinee dining with prix fixe menus in the dining rooms, and custom crafted cocktails, fine wines by the glass, and appetizers and desserts at the bar. Reservations are highly recommended. |

 The Loft is located on the 2nd floor of the restaurant and is the perfect place for light snacks and custom crafted cocktails before the show. |

The Carriage House reservation policy requires a credit card to secure a reservation of 10 or more. All credit card information will be processed securely. No-shows or cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will be charged $25.00 per person.
