CLASS FOR AGES 18 and up (as listed).

Most classes culminate in a performance or an informal "sharing" for family and friends on the last day of the session.

It is simple to enroll with our super easy REGISTRATION E-FORM! You may fill out the e-form right on your computer using Microsoft Word and email it back to us with a credit card payment, or if you prefer to pay by check, you may print out the form and mail back or drop off your registration at Paper Mill.

CLASS LIST

ADULT ACTING I

(ages 18 and up)
Whether you are taking your first acting class, looking to polish your presentation skills, or just hoping to feel more comfortable in front of an audience, this class is for you. Working to develop basic acting and communication skills that can be used in any walk of life, George Ryan creates a fun, comfortable, and safe environment for you to explore and develop your creative style with his proven method.

6 weeks - $200.00
$300.00 for both sessions.

Monday: 7:00pm - 8:30pm
Saturday: 11am - 12:30pm

INTRODUCTION TO VOICE OVER

There is more to becoming a successful voice over performer than just having a "nice voice"! From commercials to promos, animation to industrials, station ID's to ADR, there is money to be made in the voice over industry. Using professional studio recording equipment and actual scripts, participants will be introduced to proper microphone technique, diction, cold reads, script analysis, booth etiquette, and the many "tricks of the trade" that will help put you on the path to success as a voice over actor!

ADULT MUSICAL THEATRE

(ages 18 and up)
Students will be introduced to songs in a wide variety of musical styles which they will learn to perform with confidence and style. The focus of the class is "acting though the song" and students will develop stage presence, good vocal abilities and the ability to interpret and deliver a song to an audience.

6 weeks - $200.00

Monday: 7:30pm - 9:00pm

DIRECTOR TO DIRECTOR

This 6-week seminar specifically designed for High School and Community Theater directors, explores the depth and breadth of the director's art. Choose a play or musical that is near and dear to your heart, develop a personal point of view on that piece, and discover how to put your vision onstage. By the ed of the class, you'll have a bigger director's tool box and a show ready to go into production.
