Show & Ticket Questions1. Are you a dinner-theater? No, but we are conveniently located close to fine restaurants, many of which are in walking distance of the theater. Also, please reference the dining page of our website for other local restaurants: 2. How much do tickets cost? Tickets range from $25-$92, plus a $2.50 per ticket Facility Preservation Fee. 3. Are there service charges when I buy tickets? If you choose to purchase tickets over the phone or the internet there will be an additional $3.50 in service charges on each ticket. This charge does not apply to tickets purchased in-person at our box office (Open Mon - Sat 10am to 6pm, Sun 12noon to 6pm, and until 9pm during performance nights). 4. Do I have to purchase a ticket for my child if he/she will sit on my lap? Yes. Everyone, regardless of age, must have a paid ticket and unfortunately there are no lap passes. No one under the age of four is permitted to any mainstage production. Please, no babes in arms. 5. When are your performances? Performances are Wednesday through Sunday. Please check your tickets. If I cannot come to the show, can I exchange my tickets or be refunded? Paper Mill Subscribers can exchange their tickets at no charge. All single ticket and group sales are final with no exchanges or refunds. 7. Do you have student rush tickets? Student rush tickets could be purchased in-person, the day of the performance for $25.00. At that time, the student must present a valid student ID with the current semester sticker. Students can purchase one student rush ticket per valid student ID. 8. Do you have a lost and found? Yes. Please call the business office at 973.379.3636 and check with the receptionist to see if anything has been turned in. 9. What happens in the event of inclement weather? Time permitting, we will notify all of our patrons via phone if we must cancel a show due to inclement weather. Since weather conditions can change drastically throughout the day, Paper Mill recommends that patrons call the business office at 973.379.3636 or the box office at 973.376.4343 just before leaving their home to come to the theater, for any last-minute updates. 10. Do you have shows for children? Yes we have Children's Theater programming every fall and spring. Please visit our Children's Theater section. 11. If I lost my ticket could I still come see the show? Yes. Simply call the box office at 973.376.4343. A box office representative will arrange for a replacement pass to be held in your name, and to be picked up the day of the show. 12. How should I dress for the Paper Mill? Semi-casual or neat casual. 13. Can I bring my 3-year-old? Children under the age of 4 are not permitted into the theater for main stage performances. Children under the age of 3 are permitted to our Children's Theater and On School Time performances for designated age-appropriate shows. See Children's Programs or On School Time. Patrons should check the age recommendation for individual shows. 14. Can I bring my camera? Pictures are NOT permitted inside the theater or of the performance you are seeing. 15. What is the Paper Mill Playhouse Privacy Policy? Paper Mill Playhouse is committed to protecting the privacy of our patrons and supporters. We may collect the domain name of visitors to our website, the e-mail addresses of those who provide it for us or communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate and user-specific information on what pages consumers access or visit on ours site, and information volunteered by the consumer, such as surveys or site registrations. Paper Mill Playhouse uses the personal information it collects to process your orders, to notify you of performance schedule changes or updates, and to personalize your experience at Paper Mill Playhouse.
